These terms set out how coaching with Hylivo works. By booking a session or using this website you agree to them, so please take a moment to read them.
Coaching, not therapy
Coaching supports wellbeing and personal growth. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.
Bookings and payments
Programs are confirmed once your first payment is received. Instalment plans are available and are agreed in writing before we begin.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Sessions can be moved free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as delivered. You can pause or end a program at any time; unused prepaid sessions are refunded pro rata.
Confidentiality
Everything you share is kept confidential, except where there is a genuine risk of harm to you or others, or where the law requires disclosure. We will always try to discuss this with you first.
